Kiss Me Organics has an all natural, organic culinary grade matcha. This means their matcha is free from chemicals and preservatives to keep you even healthier! Matcha is known as a very healthy beverage as it is filled with anti-oxidants, so Kiss Me Organics does a great job keeping their matcha the best it can be.
I’m not the biggest matcha fan, but I do enjoy it every now and then. You can usually find me enjoying it in recipes and that’s probably why I really enjoyed this culinary grade from Kiss Me Organics. I put this matcha through a test: my boyfriend. He’s a huge matcha fan and has tried several from various companies. I told him how inexpensive I found this matcha to be from Kiss Me Organics compared to others he has tried. After he tasted it, he realized just how great quality it was. That being said, don’t let the small price tag steer you away thinking it’s horrible. We use this matcha mainly for cooking, and that’s what the “culinary grade” is meant for. It’s quite the treat – see for yourself by testing out the recipe below!

Oh So Green Matcha Dip

Ingredients

2 anchovy fillets, chopped
¼ cup low fat sour cream
1 cup Greek yogurt (or fat free mayo)
1 tbsp. matcha
¼ tsp. Kosher salt
Fresh ground black pepper
1 cup fresh herbs: basil, parsley, thyme, tarragon, mint and sage
1 lime, juiced
2 scallions, chopped
3 roasted garlic cloves

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients into the bowl of a food processor or blender and run until smooth.
2. Season with additional salt and pepper as needed.
3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
4. Serve with grilled shrimp, veggies or pita triangles.
5. Enjoy!
